The Great Holmes Hunt
The Great Holmes Hunt is the Event which is Spanning five floors, the campus,and the bustling food truck area, teams embark on a thrilling quest,deciphering cryptic clues hidden in classrooms and labs. Each solved puzzle reveals a key, bringing them one step closer to the final showdown—a test of wit, strategy, and teamwork to unlock the ultimate mystery.
TriWizard CTF Event
Welcome, Wizards and Witches, to the Triwizard CTF! 🧙♂️🔥
Prepare for a thrilling cybersecurity challenge that will push your skills, strategy, and teamwork to the limit.
Your journey begins with The Dragon's Challenge 🐉 — five beginner-friendly tasks testing your core cybersecurity skills like encryption and vulnerability detection.
Next, dive into The Lake of Secrets 🌊 — 10 intermediate puzzles involving reverse engineering, cryptography, and network security.
Finally, face The Maze of Mayhem 🌪️ — a real-world attack simulation requiring penetration testing, malware analysis, and incident response.

Day 02
Robosoccer
Techflix presents Robosoccer, an exciting robotics competition organized by the Electroblitz Club under the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University (DSU), School of Engineering.
Scheduled for April 25, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM in Room LH-2, SOE A Block, this event brings together innovative minds to showcase their skills in two distinct challenges: the Obstacle Course Challenge and the RoboSoccer Challenge.
The Obstacle Course Challenge tests a robot’s ability to navigate a dynamic track filled with obstacles like ramps, barriers, and spinning platforms in the shortest time possible, following a knockout tournament format.
Meanwhile, the RoboSoccer Challenge pits teams against each other in a fast-paced game where robots maneuver a lightweight tennis ball into the opponent’s goal on an 8 ft x 4 ft field.
Robots for both events must adhere to strict specifications, including a maximum size of 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm, a 5 kg weight limit, and a 12V DC battery-powered system with motors capped at 700 RPM.
Open to teams who design and assemble their own robots (no prebuilt chassis allowed), the event fosters creativity, technical prowess, and teamwork.
With technical inspections, safety protocols, and a judging system based on performance, efficiency, and adherence to rules, 'Rededecer' promises a competitive yet fair platform.
Awards will recognize excellence in categories like Obstacle Course Champion, RoboSoccer Champion, Best Technical Design, Most Innovative Solution, and Overall Grand Champion, making it a celebration of engineering ingenuity.
Hack'in Bad
ACM-DSU proudly presents Break’in Bad—a high-energy, 24-hour hackathon where innovation meets disruption. Kicking off on April 25th at 2 PM, this adrenaline-fueled coding marathon challenges participants to break conventions and engineer radical solutions to real-world problems.From 3:30 PM Idea Evaluation, where creativity and feasibility are put to the test, to an intense midnight mentoring round, teams sharpen their ideas under expert guidance. As dawn breaks, the 9:00 AM Elimination Round on April 26th narrows the competition to 12-18 elite teams. The finalists then showcase their groundbreaking prototypes in the Final Pitch at 11:00 AM, culminating in the winner announcement by 1:00 PM.With a nod to the rebellious spirit of the iconic TV series, Break’in Bad is not just about coding—it’s about pushing boundaries, hacking against the clock, and ‘cooking up’ game-changing tech. Get ready for an electrifying experience packed with intense collaboration, relentless problem-solving, and caffeine-powered ingenuity!
